Shipping

We partner with DHL to deliver your order swiftly and securely.

  • Processing time: within 48 hours

  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days

Your order ships directly from our atelier to your doorstep. A DHL tracking link will be provided so you can follow your package in real time.

Delivery via DHL

We ship all orders with DHL. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to easily follow your delivery.
Choose between:

  • Home delivery – if delivery fails, DHL will try again or leave a note.

  • DHL ServicePoint – pick up your package whenever it suits you.

Please note: packages remain available at a ServicePoint for 7 days before being returned to us.

Returns

Not fully satisfied? No worries. You have 14 days after receipt to register a return. From that moment, you have another 14 days to send the items back (with proof of shipment).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

  • Returns outside the 14-day window or after use/wash cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible – within 14 days.
